About Walk

I work with clients from late teens through the later stages of life. I find my life span and variety of life experiences makes me well suited for this work. Therapy does not have to re-traumatize individuals in order to be effective. In fact, I think reliving trauma is counter productive. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to identify and resolve challenges. This offers client's more power and agency over their outcomes. I find this approach helps facilitate the mitigation of concerns with more success and ease.
