We are all on a challenging journey with COVID-19 + Traumas. Many clients seek short term relevant therapy for anxiety, career, life issues with loss of direction, sadness, & grief/loss. Others come with issue childhood, divorce, worries for their children. Spec goals to learn biofeedback, hypnosis, CBT+ ways to mgn stress, with Energy Psychology (Diplomat ACEP) yearly travels Guatemala with Rotary to serve/treat many orphans + families who suffer from multi-traumas + teaches in 3 Psy grad programs + provide exciting seminars internationally on cutting edge Tx for most relevant use of mindfulness, navigational skills for YOUR life.
