About Tillery

We draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including EMDR,hypnotherapy, CBT, mind-body practices, IFS, and intentional mindfulness— often woven in the fabric of energy psychology.Our purpose is to be a sacred waypoint on your embodied journey—offering guidance and support as you release what no longer serves you and step into the fullness of who you are meant to be.

We are compassionate guides, holding a safe and intentional space for individuals to explore coming back to themselves. The intersection of this work includes development of post-traumatic growth, increased resilience, and a deeper connection to self.
