As the seasons shift, the effects of trauma and mood challenges can still feel deeply isolating. If you’re healing from domestic violence, an abusive relationship, PTSD or C-PTSD, or living with depression, anxiety, BPD, or other mood disorders, you’re not alone. Many people begin therapy carrying painful experiences while hoping life can start to feel safer and more manageable. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, offering a supportive space where you can move at your own pace and feel seen, respected, and understood.
