Teresa Martell has spent more than three decades devoted to the study and practice of holistic healing and mind-body wellness. She has traveled throughout the United States to train with respected teachers in hypnosis, regression, and energy healing, gaining a wealth of experience from diverse traditions and methods. Her Reiki Master training follows the old-school, traditional lineage, fourth generation from Reiki founder Mikao Usui, an achievement that reflects both her dedication and depth of study.
