Anxiety ruling your life? Anxiety can take so much away from you. It can make you withdrawal from your friends, make it difficult to focus at work, make you snippy with your kids or cause miscommunication with your significant other. Well-meaning friends and family might tell you to "get over it" or "relax,” but it can end up making you feel misunderstood and often makes you feel even more anxious. This can result in a vicious cycle of being anxious about your anxiety.
