I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy works best when you don’t have to pretend you’re fine or have it all together. I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and make meaningful changes—especially when old patterns, roles, or relationships aren’t working anymore.
My style is warm, direct, spunky, and very real. I cuss sometimes. Humor (including dark humor), sarcasm, and honest language are welcome here. I’ll meet you with compassion—and I’ll also gently call you on your BS when it’s getting in the way of the life you want.
