My counseling philosophy encompasses a concentration on addressing clients' needs by assisting them through their journey in life, using empowerment, and solution-focused approaches. I strive to create a deeply caring, nonjudgmental atmosphere, where people can express themselves, and feel supported. I believe that each person has a desire to lead a life of authenticity and meaning. I see everyone as unique, with individual goals, based on their lifestyles, and desires.
