I continually train in the newest modalities and use EMDR, EFT, NLP, CRM, MEMI, Brainspotting, and ClinicalHypnotherapy.For over 40 years I have been helping individuals, couples, and families to learn better ways to manage their lives using advanced therapeutic techniques. The focus is on learning to manage emotions, how to change behaviors, and how to become more resilient in order to cope with whatever challenges life may bring. We can work on a single issue or explore working deeply through multiple complicated issues to untangle the mental, emotional, and physical effects that trauma may create in order to bring about deeper, long lasting healing and overall sense of wellbeing.
