About Susan

Many of the people I work with—kids or adults, couples or families—tell me they feel like they have lost their way or are struggling to determine their true identity and place in the world. They may look like all is good on the outside; on the inside, well, that’s another story. For some folks, they may have been ignoring their own concerns for many years to care for others. Clients come into therapy feeling alone; they may be experiencing anxiety, anger, fear, grief, conflict from relationships, or

long-term trauma. Their bodies and hearts may be stressed to the point of breaking. They want to be heard, seen, and understood.
