My ideal client is someone who is ready expand beyond experienced trauma—whether developmental, relational, or situational—and is ready to engage in a deeper healing process. They may be a child, adolescent, adult, or part of a couple or family system that has been impacted by chronic stress, grief, abuse, disconnection, or identity-related challenges. Often, they come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down, struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflict, or a sense of meaninglessness.

What they truly want is relief, connection, and the ability to move forward—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
