Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals or retired men who’ve spent years focused on careers and responsibilities, but now find themselves asking deeper questions about who they are, why they feel the way they do, and how to live more authentically.

Some are navigating major life transitions—divorce, retirement, grief, or aging. Others are simply tired of feeling emotionally numb, misunderstood, or unsure of how to change long-standing patterns.
