About Stephanie

I use Cognitive behavioral therapy , Dialectical behavioral therapy , Motivational Interviewing andHypnotherapy.I am a mental health therapist who specializes in trauma and addiction issues. I also often work from a family systems theory basis. I have combined experience as a counselor, educator and social worker and consultant for over 28 years. My therapeutic philosophy and approach is to offer empathy and compassion working to understand the whole person perspective and I am a strong advocate to help my clients empower themselves. I offer energy healing work and other alternative therapies as part of my practice such as Hypnosis to include traditional methods of therapeutic intervention.
