About Stephanie

I desired to make a career in therapy to support individuals in making sense of their experiences and navigating the challenges that are an inevitable part of life. I am passionate about helping people create meaningful changes that reduce isolation and strengthen their ability to manage pain, stress, and trauma. I believe therapy can benefit everyone and that all individuals deserve access to a space where they feel heard, understood, and safe. My primary objectives are to meet clients where they are in their healing journey and to approach treatment to recognize the complexity of the whole person.
