I previously spent over 10 years working with individuals with disabilities, helping them to gain life-long independent skills. When I chose to become an independent, I felt hypnotherapy was my next appropriate choice. I could easily relate to many of the issues that are commonly addressed through hypnosis, as I have gone through many of my own personal healing journeys throughout my lifetime. Many while using hypnotherapy extensively. I believe each and every person has a story, and that most everyone has something personal they desire to improve upon. Behaviors they would like to change or something they're holding on to from the past; things they would like to let go of but can't find a way. Utilizing Hypnotherapy allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our undesired behaviors, in a safe, relaxed manner, and grants us an oppertunity to shift our thoughts and triggers with a gentler and speedier method.
