About Sheryl

I believe that the challenges of life--the painful events and feelings which bring a person to therapy--constitute an opportunity for growth, and my practice is dedicated to helping patients achieve that growth in all areas: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. My methods are holistic and eclectic, and include work with significant others and family members. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which client and therapist work together for the client's growth.
