About Shelley
Ideally i work best with clients w nuerotic tendencies and intelligent enough to develop insight, motivated to get better and become more actualized. I do well with clients who are suffering from addiction, depression, anxiety, panic disorder and recovery. Other issues I am experienced in are work related problems, mediation, writers block, performance issues and performance anxiety as well as phase of life issues and transitions. I also enjoy working with clients who come from alcoholic families or had a history of trauma. My training lends itself well to helping clients by using EMDR, CBT, ACT & Psychodynamic therapy.
