About Sharon

I am a creative therapist whose approach is intuitive and eclectic. My focus is on emotional healing, aiding clients to move through emotional blockages currently hindering their self-growth. Often, anxiety, grief, depression, life changes and traumas are the catalyst that brings a client into therapy. I help clients to move beyond symptom management to address the deeper issues causing them emotional distress, creative blockages and difficulty in their current lives. I am skilled at helping people heal from childhood wounds and recent traumas . I also help people address codependency, grief and self-empowerment issues.
