About Shannon

My ideal client is someone who feels ready to explore their inner world and make meaningful change, even if they’re unsure where to start. They may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from old patterns, looking to regulate emotions, heal from pain, and rediscover a sense of balance and self-trust. My clients often describe themselves as “helpers,”or “thinkers,” people who take care of everyone else but are now realizing it’s time to focus on their own healing.
