Dr. Brene Brown's The Daring Way(tm) curriculum is a highly experiential methodology developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver more authentic lives. Using this methodology I work collaboratively with my clients to support them around challenges with stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, work, and recovery from addictions.
