About Serenity

Our clinicians are credentialed in techniques such as Gottman for Couples, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, LENS Neurofeedback, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy,Hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT, Functional Medicine health practitioners, and more.We are a team of licensed mental health professionals at Serenity Wellness and Counseling Center in Cypress, Texas. We provide trauma-informed counseling for children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
