About Sara

I work with high school, college and professional athletes who want to elevate their level of competition or performance or maintain their elite status. I see individuals who are from high performance or high demand environments dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship or family issues. I have worked extensively with individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, insomnia, substance abuse, head injuries and PTSD. I am highly specialized in treating impulse control problems and ADHD. My clients come to me highly motivated to get mentally and emotionally healthier.
