I integrate EMDR, ClinicalHypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Gestalt, and Biofield Tuning to help you access and resolve the roots of emotional pain stored in the body.If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or past trauma, you’re not alone. I work with clients facing chronic anxiety, OCD, dissociation, trauma and complex trauma- especially related to relationships and family- to help them regain control through personalized therapy.
