I offer a range of tools includingHypnotherapy/guided imagery, EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT/tapping, Internal Family Systems and Expressive Arts Therapy as appropriate within sessions.If you are ready to go beyond talk, beyond living in survival mode, and beyond old conditioned patterns, I would love to work with you. I specialize in supporting people in healing from attachment wounds, relational trauma, abuse, neglect, and the impacts of societal oppression. I see my work through a social justice lens that looks at the whole picture of the world we are living in, not just from the perspective of individual pathology. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and our innate capacity for individual and collective healing. I endeavor to help you re-claim your voice, your power, and your intuition.
