Beyond intensive psychodynamic work, I also incorporate EMDR, ART,Hypnotherapy, Brain Spotting, and other methods when appropriate.I’m a down‑to‑earth, laid‑back Psychologist who is an expert in trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, and psychological testing. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and that our sessions feel relaxed, safe, and grounded. My goal is to help you untangle the anxiety, trauma, or confusion you’re carrying and move toward clarity and hope.
I’m a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and have have given numerous professional talks and trainings on trauma and dissociation treatment.
