Some specific areas of my expertise include: Adolescent Issues, Couples Therapy, Relationship Issues, Parent-Child Relationships, Adjustment to Divorce, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management andHypnotherapy.I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 15 years of experience working with multiple people in the therapy room dealing with relationship issues. This training prepared me to ensure that everyone has an active part of the therapeutic process. I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach where a trusting therapeutic relationship is established and used to identify existing strengths and workable solutions. I also believe that my role is to assist individuals, couples or families in developing skills that address there presenting concerns and continue to be useful beyond the end of therapy.
