As a transpersonal, body and gestalt practitioner, EMDR Consultant, Energy Psychology (tapping, etc.) practitioner, meditation teacher and hypnotherapist, I offer an embodied and integrated approach to therapeutic coaching, consultation, and teaching. With 30+ years of training and experience in the healing and therapeutic arts, I provide compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental encouragement.
