About Rebecca
As a mental health clinician, I specialize in working with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My foundational approach to client-care is Person-Centered Theory, integrated with various evidence-based interventions to address individual needs. My love for animals and belief in the human-animal bond inspired me to include therapy animals in my counseling practice. I have two registered therapy animal teams, my dog Koda, and cat Tiggy.
