Sometimes we seem to have it all together on the outside but are suffering on the inside. Many of my clients are dealing with general "life management problems”, while others are dealing with depression, anxiety, or something you can't quite name. Combat veterans with mental health issues can be very hidden. Often, their spouses and partners are suffering as well. I work with the loved ones of combat veterans.
