I am also trained inHypnotherapyand EMDR which has been successful in treating anxiety and depression as well as feelings left from traumatic events.In today’s world there is a great deal of pressure to be perfect. Because of this, it is sometimes easy to feel as if we are failing miserably while everyone else has life pulled together. We spend so much time taking care of everyone around us that we forget to take care of ourselves. With a deep and heartfelt compassion for those I serve, my aim is to help create an environment in which healing and insight can take place.
