I utilize a variety of methods including clinicalhypnotherapy, EMDR and Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and subconscious processing.My primary goal is to partner with you to relieve suffering and promote well-being. I have extensive experience working with health care professionals, highly sensitive persons, those suffering complex or acute PTSD, individuals dealing with chronic health issues, and therapists experiencing compassion fatigue or burnout. I enjoy collaborating with those who've had less than satisfactory experiences with prior therapy, or who feel stuck in their efforts to change. My approach is intuitive, empathic, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based methods.
