And, I also specialize in trauma, working with individuals in trauma recovery and a variety of issues that can cause people to get stuck. I work as a guide looking back to see what may have been fractured and what needs mending... working in the "here and now" finding out how relief and happiness can happen NOW; and looking towards the future to see what we are aiming for - creating mile markers helping us know we are heading in the right direction.
