My integrative approach blends Somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ERP, mindfulness-based CBT, expressive arts,hypnotherapy, and, when appropriate, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.If you feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, depression or trauma responses that just will not let up, you are not alone. Many clients come to me after standard talk therapy or standalone ERP has not been enough. I offer a cutting-edge integrative and holistic approach with a specialized focus on Trauma & OCD treatment. I treat the whole person with a focus on going beyond symptom management to address root causes with cultural humility and in a manner that is uniquely tailored to each client's needs.
