With over 20 years of experience working with adoptive families, teens, & attachment issues. I am passionate about helping families, parents, & children navigate BIG transitions in healthy, connected ways. As a parent of seven beautiful adopted children, I understand firsthand the emotions, challenges, fears, & successes that arise on this journey. I am skilled in attachment-based therapy & view secure attachment as critical to understanding how people grow & build meaningful relationships. Through this journey I have learned to navigate trauma & PTSD through EMDR, parts work & somatic experiencing to reduce trauma symptoms.
