About Patty

I am a board certified psychotherapist who works with a spectrum of disorders including depression, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, & post-traumatic stress disorders. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with other techniques.I practice traditional psychotherapy while incorporating hypnosis and mindful awareness. My experience spans over 25 years, working with children, adolescents and adults. I have presented topics about eating disorders, teenage pregnancy, and dissociative disorders. I base my treatment modality an individual's need in a supportive environment helping them to achieve ultimate wellness.
