I am trained in Psychodynamic, Humanistic/Client Centered, Family Systems, CBT,Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused therapy.My approach is supportive and active where a person is able to explore feelings, discover inner strengths, and begin to develop a strong foundation to continue growing and understanding their true potential. This empowers clients to have more rewarding relationships and careers. I offer a safe place to explore life issues, understand difficult situations, learn new skills, enrich relationships, and work through situations that lead to a more authentic life. Dealing with life stressors and challenges can be difficult. However, I believe that you don’t have to go through it alone.
