About Pamela

Pam spent 30 years in a fitness career which included 18 years at the prestigious Washington Athletic Club in Seattle WA as creator of the group programs and triathlon trainings. Pam changed careers in 2011 and started Ideal Wellness NW to help clients achieve better health through nutrition. Her road to Hypnotherapy started in 2015 when she realized many of her clients suffered from stress, anxiety, addictions, pain and more.
