About Olga

While working in the hospital I started experiencing these “mystery” pains and aches as well as feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and eventually I became chronically exhausted.

What I know now is that I am a HSP(Highly Sensitive Person)/Empath and because I was unaware of it while working in healthcare and living in NYC I became “overcooked”. I decided something had to change so I sought out support to heal. Client Services Now I specialize in working with women who work in helping professions or are caregivers and are struggling with pains/aches, anxiety, overwhelm and chronic exhaustion to experience more ease, feel more productive and still have energy left to enjoy their life. Service Area Now I have a certification in Hypnosis, NLP, Feldenkrais Method, Energy Psychology and Compassion Key which all helped me go from being in pain and chronically exhausted to feeling more joy and ease in every day life.
