About Odette

Her philosophy is that it’s never too late to change, to grow, and learn, and that life-long learning is a gift we give to our soul. For many clients, once the career is winding down, it’s only then that there’s the opportunity to explore what’s really meaningful. Odette has retired from managing a Talent Development and Project Management Office for one of the largest public transportation agencies in North America where she provided training and coaching for managers and senior executives. She was a sought-after speaker for Rutgers University’s Train-the-Trainer conferences presenting on topics such as Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking, Brain-based Learning, Assessments, Facilitation and Developing Public/Private Partnerships.
