About Oak

I am a secular therapist, accepting of all people. I believe in seeing clients as having individual needs and goals specific to them, and I see my role as helping them live happier, healthier lives. I am DBT informed, and I especially love my role in assisting people learn to be more aware of their mental health needs and how to meet those needs. I work well with adolescents and adults of all ages. I prefer to help young children by working within the family unit and offering parental support.
