The greek word "sozo" means "a return to wholeness, to heal, to make well, to restore." All therapy attempts to do just that, bringing clients back into a state of health, balance, and wellness. The foundation of my practice embodies the philosophy that all clients walking through my door will be met with a space which will allow them to find health in whatever form it takes. Wherever you may find yourself, and no matter what you're struggling with, you'll be met with kindness, compassion, and a willing partner on your journey towards health.
