I am a trauma-focused counselor with a passion for helping individuals who have been let down by traditional tools and supports. I believe everyone has the right to be true to themselves by following their intuition, or internal guidance, to live the life that feels right for them.

I specialize in Complex PTSD (complex trauma) and PTSD, and also support anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, attachment and relationship issues, stress/burnout, grief/loss, finding your identity, anger management, and chronic illness.
