Having worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings, Amanda has learned that helping her clients achieve optimal mental health includes the combination of active listening, practical tools, the use of evidenced-based therapeutic models and a warm and supportive style. She is committed to providing a space where clients can heal old wounds, discover a deeper understanding of themselves and make new meaningful and self-directed choices that align with their most authentic self.
