I am Michelle Douglas, the proud owner and founder of Karuna Integrated Wellness & Spa. With a strong background in medical and orthopedic massage spanning 19 years, I've cultivated expertise in advanced techniques that effectively address various needs. However, my journey has led me to understand that some concerns require more than just massage therapy. Fueled by my commitment to holistic well-being, I became a Certified Consulting Hypnotist trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Recognizing the deep connection between the mind and body, I guide my clients in reprogramming limiting beliefs that hinder progress and contribute to physical discomfort. I developed Holistic Quantum Therapy (HQT), incorporating hypnosis, massage, and quantum healing, to provide a comprehensive healing approach. My approach is rooted in compassion and intuition, and I cherish my ancestral lineage that boasts a lineage of healers. In my sessions, I seamlessly integrate energy modalities like Reiki and shamanic healing while emphasizing intention setting and breath work. This creates a serene space for clients to connect with their bodies and inner selves. My multifaceted wellness approach blends my extensive massage therapy background with the transformative power of hypnosis and energy work.
