My primary specialty is helping people struggling with gambling related issues. With the rapid expansion of the gambling industry and accessibility, more and more find it hard to control this behavior. Generally, I use a combination of traditional cognitive behavioral techniques with strategies to improve motivation, set goals, and increase acknowledgement and acceptance that the treatment goals are attainable.
