We will all go through painful seasons in our lives. Having a safe, non-judgmental support person is vital during these times. I often compare my role as a therapist to being a midwife. We are all pregnant with possibility, but sometimes life is tough and messy, just like birthing babies. I can't do the deep breathing, pushing, and labor for you. However, I am here to roll up my sleeves and assist you while providing a safe, judgement-free space where you can give birth to your best life.
