I enjoy helping my clients identify the barriers stopping them from reaching their goals and developing creative ways to overcome them. My clients tend to be entrepreneurs and creative individuals who feel stuck. They have so many ideas but have difficulty knowing where and how to start. Other times imposter syndrome is getting in the way. I don't believe in it taking years to reach therapeutic goals. My clients tend to see changes within weeks of our first session.
