I am a Trauma Specialist trained in EMDR,Hypnotherapy, QHHT, IFS, and Trauma Therapy and specialize in PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and depression with over 15 years of experience assisting clients to a state of well-being, growth, and wholeness.Latest research has shown that we "stuck" in our core beliefs that have been ingrained in us since childhood. We've all tried to "think" our way out of anxiety or depression and have failed. EMDR bypasses the "thinking" part of the brain and works directly on the "feeling" part to integrate healthy beliefs about one's self and bring about peace.
