Some tools I use are IFS (parts work), art therapy, somatic work, meditation/hypnotherapy, and most importantly, curiosity towards you, so you feel heard, understood, and safe, like you deserve.Did you grow up feeling alone, unseen, or unheard? Do you feel lost, unsure of who you are, and struggle to meet your needs, set boundaries, or speak your truth? You may notice patterns that once protected you are now feeling heavy, like anxiety, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, shutting down, anger, or feeling not good enough. You’re not broken, your body is in overdrive. My ideal client wants to understand these patterns and their inner world, so they can feel safer in their body, rediscover their sense of self, and break painful cycles. I help clients understand these reactions and create new ways of feeling safe and connected.
