Therapy can be a tool to guide you to find the clarity that you are seeking. I am experienced in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships and self-esteem concerns. I assist my clients in utilizing their own untapped resources to find resolution to their problems in a safe supportive, non- judgmental environment. I provide support in making difficult life transitions and developing positive change and learning new skills.
